🚀 AI in Practice: From Theory to Time Savings

How do you find potential starting points for saving time with AI? Often, it starts with simply observing what you’re doing for a bit:

1. Observe: For however long you like, note down everything you’re doing and working on during your office hours. You can use a time tracking tool like Clockify, or simply use good old pen and paper.

2. Question: Look at your list and ask yourself: "Which of these tasks were pure routine? Where did I just copy and paste information from A to B? What would I like to delegate if I could?"

3. Result: Ideally, you now have 1-2 perfect candidates for your first small automation project.

A Real-World Example: A "Simple" Process That Cost Over 30 Hours a Week

Sound too theoretical? Here’s a concrete example: One of our clients had to process around 500 - 1,000 scanned letters every week. An employee was responsible for manually identifying data like document IDs, dates and other things from each document and entering it into another system.

A process that only takes 2-3 minutes per letter, but it added up to over 30 hours of work per week.

We automated this process with an AI workflow that now extracts the data flawlessly in seconds and prepare everything for further processing. That employee can now focus on more complex cases where their expertise truly matters.
